MOS Jewellery Terms & Conditions
Welcome to MOS Jewellery. As a small, handmade jewellery business, I take pride in creating each piece with care and attention to detail. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Handmade Craftsmanship
Each piece of MOS jewellery is meticulously handcrafted, resulting in subtle variations that enhance its uniqueness.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
Production Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for your handmade jewellery to be crafted and dispatched.
Shipping: Each order is sent via Express Post to ensure the quickest and safest arrival.
Post-Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, MOS is no longer responsible for any postal issues, including delays, incorrect addresses, stolen packages, or customs restrictions.
For international orders, please consult the Australia Post International Post Guide for more information if you are unsure.
Returned Packages: If a package has been returned to sender for reasons beyond my control, you will need to pay extra postage for redelivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom & Personalised Jewellery: Please note that custom and personalised jewellery pieces are non-returnable/refundable unless they are found to be faulty. This includes items that have been made to your specific requirements.
Sizing Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is provided when placing an order. MOS Jewellery does not offer resizing services or refunds for items ordered in the incorrect size. I strongly recommend consulting the 'Sizing' guide on the website or contacting me directly for assistance before finalising your purchase.
Change of Mind: MOS Jewellery does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, please contact me immediately at metalonskinjewellery@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the fault. I will assess the issue and, if the item is deemed faulty, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Payment & Order Confirmation for Custom pieces
Deposit: To initiate the creation of your bespoke piece, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit secures your order and allows me to commence the crafting process.
Final Payment: Upon completion of your custom jewellery, the remaining balance, including any applicable shipping fees, must be settled before dispatch. Please note that production and shipping will not proceed until full payment is received.
Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Order Confirmation: Your order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
